Community Frustration Mounting Over San Jacinto River Waste Pits Superfund Delays

Residents living near the San Jacinto River Waste Pits Superfund Sites had hoped for a resolution in the standoff between the EPA and the two companies responsible for cleaning up the site.  However, the EPA’s decision to give the Responsible Parties 90 more days has residents wondering if the area will ever be cleaned up.
